Gold Engine
PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT DRAFT - NOT YET IN FORCE

Gold Engine Service Terms

Last updated: [INSERT DATE]

Drewbz Gold Engine is in private development and commercial access is not currently open. This draft is for pre-launch review only. It does not create a contract or entitle anyone to access the service.

The final version of these Service Terms must be completed with the correct legal entity, address, regulatory position, supported jurisdictions and onboarding process before commercial access opens.

01

About these Service Terms

These Service Terms govern future access to the Drewbz Gold Engine managed XAUUSD automation service.

When commercial access opens, these Service Terms will form part of the agreement between the approved client and the legal entity operating under the Drewbz Trading brand, identified in the final onboarding documents.

These Service Terms should be read together with:

  • the Gold Engine Risk Disclosure;
  • the Gold Engine Performance Fees, Cancellation and Refunds Policy;
  • the Drewbz Trading Privacy Policy;
  • the client's onboarding confirmation or Service Order; and
  • any account-specific broker or prop-firm requirements provided during onboarding.

If there is a conflict, the more specific account-level document will apply to that issue, except where it would reduce a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Service description

Drewbz Gold Engine is intended to be a managed, operator-controlled automation service for approved XAUUSD broker or prop-firm accounts.

The intended service may:

  • monitor approved market data;
  • identify opportunities under the protected system rules;
  • apply the selected execution and risk profile;
  • place and manage orders on the connected account;
  • apply broker, prop-firm, risk and safety controls;
  • reconcile order and position status;
  • record operational and performance information; and
  • provide status and reporting information to the client.

Clients will not receive the strategy source code, a downloadable independent copy of the system or the right to modify the protected trading logic.

04

No current offer and regulatory launch condition

The current website describes a product in private development. It is not an invitation to deposit money, connect an account or enter into a current service contract.

Commercial access will not open until Drewbz Trading has approved:

  • the final legal and regulatory operating model;
  • supported countries and client categories;
  • supported brokers, prop firms and account types;
  • secure account-connection procedures;
  • final client disclosures and agreements; and
  • the technical and operational launch controls.

These Service Terms do not determine whether the service requires regulatory authorisation and do not override any applicable financial-services law.

05

Eligibility and acceptance

Future access will be limited to applicants who:

  • are at least 18 years old;
  • live in a supported jurisdiction;
  • use an approved broker or prop firm and supported account type;
  • provide accurate onboarding information;
  • complete any required identity, suitability, risk or compliance checks;
  • accept the final legal documents;
  • provide the permissions required for the service to operate; and
  • are approved by Drewbz Trading.

Submitting an enquiry, joining a waiting list or applying does not guarantee acceptance.

Drewbz Trading may accept, reject or defer an application where permitted by law.

06

Account ownership and authority

The client must be the lawful owner or authorised user of every connected account.

The client must not connect:

  • another person's account without lawful authority;
  • an account that prohibits automated trading;
  • an account in a country where the client is not permitted to use the service;
  • a prop-firm account or stage that is not supported; or
  • an account containing restrictions that have not been disclosed.

The client authorises the service to perform only the functions described in the final onboarding scope and permissions.

Where the broker or integration permits, access should be limited to the minimum permissions reasonably required for trading, monitoring and reconciliation. Drewbz Trading does not require authority to withdraw client money.

07

G1 and G2 profiles

The public client profiles are:

G1 - Challenge Standard

G1 is intended for approved prop-firm accounts. It uses 1% risk from an approved fixed reference balance, subject to firm-specific rules and safeguards that may reduce risk or block trading.

G2 - Broker Growth

G2 is intended for approved regular-broker accounts. It uses 2% risk from the latest confirmed closed balance after each completed trade. It is not available for prop-firm accounts.

The selected profile will be confirmed during onboarding. The client must not change, relabel or bypass the account classification or risk profile.

Drewbz Trading may reduce risk, pause trading or block an order where required by account, broker, prop-firm, safety, legal or operational conditions.

08

Service start and onboarding

Service access begins only after Drewbz Trading confirms that onboarding is complete.

Onboarding may include:

  • account and ownership verification;
  • broker or prop-firm verification;
  • account-stage verification;
  • balance or risk-reference confirmation;
  • connection testing;
  • permissions and security checks;
  • risk-profile selection;
  • acknowledgement of legal documents; and
  • confirmation that no conflicting manual or automated activity is present.

An account is not active merely because credentials or connection information have been submitted.

09

Client responsibilities

The client must:

  • provide complete and accurate information;
  • keep contact and account information current;
  • maintain the broker or prop-firm account in good standing;
  • maintain sufficient margin and comply with account requirements;
  • read and comply with the broker's or prop firm's terms;
  • review service notices, invoices and account alerts promptly;
  • protect passwords, devices, tokens and account access;
  • tell Drewbz Trading promptly about suspected unauthorised access;
  • disclose changes to broker, prop firm, account type, stage, credentials or rules; and
  • cooperate with reasonable account, incident and performance reconciliation.

The client remains responsible for deciding how much capital to place in an account and whether trading is appropriate for their circumstances.

10

Prohibited account interference

Unless Drewbz Trading gives written approval, the client must not:

  • place or close manual trades on the connected account;
  • run another expert adviser, bot, copy trader or signal executor;
  • alter orders, stops, targets, lot sizes or risk settings created by the service;
  • change the selected account type or profile;
  • bypass safety controls;
  • share connection credentials with an unauthorised person;
  • connect the same account to another managed trading service;
  • hide deposits, withdrawals, payouts, rule breaches or account changes;
  • interfere with system logs, identifiers or reconciliation; or
  • attempt to access, copy, reverse engineer or extract the protected strategy or source code.

Interference may cause loss, inaccurate fees, duplicate exposure or account-rule breaches. Drewbz Trading may suspend the service immediately where account state cannot be verified safely.

11

Performance fees and payment

There is no setup fee and no minimum contract term under the current intended commercial model.

The intended performance fees are:

  • 10% of feeable net new realised profit for an approved regular-broker account, calculated by calendar month under the high-water-mark method; and
  • 10% of each prop-firm payout actually received by the client.

Invoices are due within three calendar days of issue.

The full calculation, payment, cancellation and refund rules are set out in the Gold Engine Performance Fees, Cancellation and Refunds Policy.

A correctly accrued or invoiced fee remains payable after suspension or cancellation.

12

Client records and fee verification

The client authorises Drewbz Trading to use connected-account records reasonably required to verify:

  • opening and closing settled balances;
  • deposits and withdrawals;
  • closed trades and trading charges;
  • prop-firm payouts;
  • account breaches or resets;
  • performance-fee calculations; and
  • the effect of manual or third-party activity.

The client must provide reasonable evidence of a prop-firm payout when requested, such as a prop-firm statement, dashboard record or payment confirmation.

Drewbz Trading must not use account records for an unrelated purpose and will handle personal data under the Privacy Policy.

13

No minimum term and client cancellation

The client may request cancellation at any time.

Cancellation becomes operationally effective when Drewbz Trading acknowledges the request and disables new entries or disconnects the account under the applicable safe procedure.

Cancellation does not:

  • erase fees already earned or invoiced;
  • remove liability for a final broker-account performance calculation;
  • remove a fee on a later prop-firm payout attributable to Gold Engine trading before cancellation; or
  • guarantee immediate closure of an open position.

Any statutory cancellation right remains unaffected.

14

Suspension for non-payment

If an invoice is not paid within three calendar days:

  • new trade entries may be disabled;
  • access may be suspended or revoked;
  • the account connection may be restricted or disconnected; and
  • the unpaid amount remains due.

Reactivation after payment is not automatic. The account may need to be reverified and reconnected before trading can resume.

Suspension for non-payment does not guarantee immediate closure of an open trade.

15

Safety suspension and fail-closed operation

Drewbz Trading may pause new entries, suspend access or disconnect an account where reasonably required for:

  • client or account verification;
  • missing, stale, contradictory or unsafe account information;
  • broker or prop-firm rule uncertainty;
  • open-position or duplicate-order uncertainty;
  • technical failure or maintenance;
  • security concerns;
  • suspected interference;
  • payment default;
  • legal or regulatory concerns;
  • unsupported account changes; or
  • protection of the client, the service or other clients.

A safety suspension is not a guarantee that no loss will occur.

16

Open positions during suspension or termination

Suspension, cancellation or termination may occur while a position is open.

Unless a separately agreed and lawfully permitted procedure applies, the service may stop new entries while the existing position remains subject to its broker-side protective orders and reconciliation process.

The client must not assume that disconnection closes an open position. Market exposure continues until the broker confirms that the position is closed.

A final performance-fee calculation may be delayed until an attributable open position has closed and settled.

17

Drewbz Trading termination rights

Drewbz Trading may terminate or refuse future service where:

  • the client breaches these Service Terms;
  • the client provides false or misleading information;
  • the client interferes with the connected account;
  • required fees remain unpaid;
  • the account, broker, prop firm or jurisdiction is no longer supported;
  • safe or lawful operation is no longer possible;
  • the service is withdrawn; or
  • continued access would create unacceptable legal, regulatory, security or operational risk.

Where practical, Drewbz Trading will provide notice. Immediate suspension or termination may be required for safety, security, legal or account-rule reasons.

18

Broker, prop-firm and third-party services

Drewbz Trading is not the client's broker, prop firm, payment provider, internet provider or hosting provider.

Third parties have their own terms, privacy policies, outages, restrictions and decisions. Drewbz Trading does not control:

  • market prices or liquidity;
  • execution quality;
  • withdrawals;
  • broker solvency;
  • prop-firm evaluation or payout decisions;
  • payment-provider delays; or
  • third-party account restrictions.

The client remains bound by applicable third-party terms.

19

Risk and no performance guarantee

The client must read the Gold Engine Risk Disclosure.

Drewbz Trading does not guarantee profit, account growth, drawdown limits, trade frequency, recovery, challenge success, funding or payouts.

The service may perform differently across accounts and market periods. A system fault, broker fault or safety block may cause missed trades or loss.

20

Intellectual property and access licence

Drewbz Trading retains all rights in the Gold Engine strategy, source code, configurations, systems, documentation, branding, interfaces, reports and protected methods.

The client receives only a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable right to use the managed service during approved access.

The client must not:

  • copy, resell, sublicense or distribute the service;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to discover the strategy logic;
  • bypass access controls;
  • use service information to build a competing product; or
  • claim ownership of Drewbz Trading intellectual property.

The client does not receive source code or ownership of the system.

21

Confidentiality

The client must keep confidential any non-public onboarding material, access method, technical information, account configuration or service documentation supplied by Drewbz Trading.

This does not prevent the client from obtaining professional legal, tax or financial advice, making a lawful complaint or disclosure, or exercising a statutory right.

22

Data protection

Drewbz Trading will handle personal data under the shared Drewbz Trading Privacy Policy.

The client must not send account passwords or sensitive credentials through an unapproved communication channel. Final onboarding instructions will identify the approved secure connection method.

23

Service availability, maintenance and changes

Drewbz Trading does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The service may be unavailable or restricted because of:

  • scheduled or emergency maintenance;
  • broker, prop-firm or platform outages;
  • market closure;
  • security incidents;
  • software updates;
  • data or connection failure;
  • legal or regulatory requirements; or
  • circumstances outside reasonable control.

Drewbz Trading may update the execution, risk, broker, prop-firm and safety layers where reasonably required, provided that protected strategy logic is not represented as changed without clear notice and evidence.

24

Standard of service and liability

Drewbz Trading will provide the contracted service with the standard required by applicable law, including reasonable care and skill where the law requires it.

Nothing in these Service Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any consumer right that cannot be excluded.

Subject to those protections, Drewbz Trading is not responsible for losses caused solely by market movement, client interference, unsupported accounts, inaccurate client information, broker or prop-firm acts, third-party outages or events outside reasonable control.

No term in these Service Terms makes the client responsible for proving that Drewbz Trading complied with a legal duty where the law places that burden elsewhere.

25

Complaints

Before commercial launch, Drewbz Trading will publish a clear complaints process and any regulatory complaint information required for the final operating model.

For pre-launch questions, contact:

drewbztrading@protonmail.com

26

Changes to these Service Terms

The final Service Terms may be updated where reasonably required for legal, regulatory, security, operational or service changes.

Material changes affecting an active client will be communicated before they take effect where required by law or contract.

A change will not remove a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

27

Governing law

The final contract is intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any jurisdiction clause will remain subject to mandatory consumer rights that allow a client to bring a claim elsewhere.

28

Acknowledgement

Before commercial access begins, the client will be required to confirm that they:

  • have read and accepted the final legal documents;
  • understand the trading and automation risks;
  • have provided accurate account information;
  • authorise the agreed account connection;
  • accept the performance-fee model;
  • understand the three-calendar-day payment deadline; and
  • understand that service access can be suspended for non-payment, unsafe account state or breach.
