01
General trading risk
Trading financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of the money in a trading account.
Drewbz Gold Engine is intended to trade XAUUSD, commonly described as gold against the US dollar. XAUUSD is commonly offered as a leveraged product, including through contracts for difference. Leverage can increase both gains and losses. A relatively small market movement can cause a significant change in account value.
Only use money that you can afford to lose without affecting rent, bills, food, debt payments, family responsibilities, emergency savings or financial stability.
02
No guarantee of profit or account growth
Drewbz Trading does not guarantee:
- profit;
- a positive month or year;
- a particular return;
- a maximum level of drawdown;
- recovery after a loss;
- a minimum number of trades;
- a prop-firm challenge pass;
- continued funding;
- a prop-firm payout; or
- results similar to historical, simulated, demo or other accounts.
A client can lose money even when the system operates as designed.
03
Historical and simulated evidence
Backtests, historical records, risk mappings, prop-firm simulations, charts, examples and demo results have important limitations.
They may not fully reflect:
- live spreads;
- slippage;
- rejected or partially filled orders;
- execution delays;
- broker price-feed differences;
- gaps and fast markets;
- swaps and commissions;
- margin restrictions;
- minimum and maximum lot sizes;
- platform outages;
- prop-firm rule changes;
- account-specific restrictions; or
- future market behaviour.
Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Historical or simulated evidence must not be treated as proof of future profitability or commercial readiness.
04
Automated execution risk
Drewbz Gold Engine is intended to identify qualifying opportunities and place, manage and reconcile orders automatically on an approved connected account.
Automation can fail or behave differently from expectations because of:
- software defects;
- incomplete, stale or incorrect market data;
- internet or hosting failure;
- broker terminal or API failure;
- clock or time-zone mismatch;
- duplicate or delayed messages;
- incorrect account classification;
- unavailable account information;
- order rejection;
- unknown order status;
- reconciliation failure;
- security incidents; or
- third-party service failure.
Safety controls are intended to reduce operational risk. They cannot remove trading risk or guarantee that every failure will be detected before a loss occurs.
05
Stop-loss, target and gap risk
A stop-loss is not a guarantee of the exact exit price. In fast, illiquid or gapping conditions, an order may be filled at a worse price than requested.
A take-profit order is also not guaranteed to fill at the intended price. Orders can be rejected, delayed, partially filled or affected by broker rules and market conditions.
Losses can exceed the amount intended for a trade and, in extreme cases, may exceed the money held in an account, subject to the protections and account terms provided by the relevant broker.
06
Spread, slippage and execution differences
XAUUSD trading conditions vary between brokers, prop firms, account types and times of day.
Spreads may widen. Slippage may increase. Price feeds may differ. Orders may be rejected or filled differently across accounts. A trade placed on one account may not produce the same result on another account.
Drewbz Trading does not control broker or prop-firm infrastructure, pricing, liquidity, margin rules, execution quality or outages.
07
G1 - Challenge Standard risk
G1 is intended for approved and supported prop-firm environments.
The public profile is designed around 1% risk from an approved fixed reference balance, subject to firm-specific safeguards that may reduce risk or block trading.
Important limitations include:
- the actual cash loss can be greater than the intended 1%;
- a prop firm may calculate daily or maximum loss differently from the system;
- floating losses, commissions, swaps or rule resets may affect firm limits;
- a prop firm may change its rules or interpretation;
- a trade may be compliant when opened but later contribute to a breach;
- a prop firm may refuse, delay or reverse a payout; and
- passing historical simulations does not prove that a real challenge will pass.
Drewbz Trading does not guarantee that G1 will pass or preserve any prop-firm account.
08
G2 - Broker Growth risk
G2 is intended for approved regular-broker accounts only.
The public client profile is designed around 2% risk from the latest confirmed closed balance after each completed trade. Closed profits can increase the cash amount risked on later trades. Closed losses can reduce it. Floating profit or loss is not intended to resize an open trade.
Compounding increases both potential growth and potential drawdown. A sequence of losses after account growth may involve larger cash losses than earlier losses. Historical drawdown does not cap future drawdown.
G2 is not intended for prop-firm accounts and must not be treated as prop-safe.
09
Risk controls and blocked trades
Drewbz Gold Engine is intended to use operational controls such as account verification, profile enforcement, one-trade handling, duplicate protection, broker checks, rule checks, session controls, reconciliation and fail-closed blockers.
These controls may stop an otherwise valid strategy opportunity from being traded. They may also suspend new entries when account, broker, prop-firm or system information is missing, unsafe or unclear.
A blocked trade is not evidence that the strategy signal was invalid. A safety control is also not a guarantee against loss.
10
Prop-firm risk
Prop firms are independent third parties. Their terms can include daily loss limits, maximum loss limits, trailing drawdown, consistency rules, news restrictions, overnight or weekend restrictions, payout rules, inactivity rules and account-termination rights.
The client is responsible for reading and accepting the prop firm's terms. Drewbz Trading will only support firms and account types that it has chosen to support, and may stop supporting a firm or account type if its rules, technology or risk profile become unsuitable.
Drewbz Trading is not responsible for a prop firm's decision to fail, restrict, suspend or terminate an account, or to refuse, delay, reduce or reverse a payout.
11
Broker and account risk
The client remains responsible for choosing and maintaining a broker or prop-firm account that is lawful and suitable for the client to use.
The client bears risks including:
- broker insolvency;
- account freezes;
- withdrawal restrictions;
- changes to leverage or margin;
- symbol or contract changes;
- negative balance treatment;
- account-currency conversion;
- platform outages;
- cyber incidents; and
- changes to the broker's or prop firm's terms.
Drewbz Trading does not hold client money and does not control withdrawals from the client's broker or prop-firm account.
12
Client interference risk
Manual trades, another expert adviser, copy-trading software, changed account settings, changed credentials or other interference can make the system's account state unreliable.
Interference can cause duplicate exposure, incorrect sizing, missed exits, inaccurate performance-fee calculations, rule breaches or loss. The service may be suspended where account activity cannot be verified or separated safely.
13
Suspension, cancellation and open positions
Suspension or cancellation does not guarantee that an open position will close immediately.
New entries may be disabled while an existing position remains protected by broker-side stop-loss and take-profit orders or is handled under the agreed operating procedure. Market, broker or technical conditions may affect the outcome.
The client remains exposed to market risk until every open position is closed and reconciled.
14
Fees do not reduce trading risk
A performance fee is charged only under the applicable Gold Engine fee policy and client agreement. The existence of a performance fee does not mean that Drewbz Trading guarantees a profit, shares trading losses or insures the account.
Trading losses remain the client's responsibility. Fees, taxes, broker charges, prop-firm charges and payment-provider charges can reduce the client's net return.
15
Tax and legal responsibility
Trading and performance fees may have tax, reporting or legal consequences depending on the client's country, account type and circumstances.
Drewbz Trading does not provide tax or legal advice. Clients should obtain independent advice where needed.
16
Regulatory status before launch
The regulatory classification of the intended managed automation service, supported jurisdictions and any required permissions must be reviewed and settled before commercial client access opens.
Nothing in this Risk Disclosure should be read as a statement that the service is outside financial-services regulation or that a disclaimer can replace any authorisation, permission, suitability, disclosure or conduct obligation required by law.
Commercial access will not open until Drewbz Trading has approved the operating model and completed the required legal and regulatory review.
17
Acknowledgement
Before any future commercial connection, the client will be required to confirm that they have read and understood the final Risk Disclosure, Service Terms, Performance Fees, Cancellation and Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy and account-specific onboarding information.
The client must understand that:
- trading can cause substantial loss;
- automated execution can fail;
- prop-firm and broker rules can change;
- historical evidence does not guarantee future results;
- risk controls cannot eliminate loss; and
- the client remains responsible for deciding whether to use trading capital and a connected account.
If you do not understand or accept these risks, do not connect an account or use Drewbz Gold Engine.
