The Drewbz Trading Mentorship is only available to individuals who are 18 years old or over.

By using this website, submitting an application, making a payment, accessing the mentorship, or joining any paid community space, you confirm that you are 18 years old or over.

Drewbz Trading Ltd reserves the right to refuse access, cancel participation, or remove a participant if it reasonably believes that the participant does not meet the age requirement or has provided false information.

Drewbz Trading Ltd provides educational content only.

The Drewbz Trading Mentorship is designed to teach trading concepts, market structure, liquidity, supply and demand, risk management, journaling, backtesting, psychology, execution discipline, and related educational frameworks.

The programme does not provide financial advice, investment advice, personal recommendations, trade signals, copy-trading services, managed account services, or investment management services.

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, risk management, account activity, and financial outcomes.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Drewbz Trading Mentorship.

Drewbz Trading Ltd may accept, reject, or defer applications at its discretion.

Application decisions may be based on suitability, availability, cohort capacity, communication, readiness, payment completion, or other relevant factors.

Applying to the mentorship is free. Payment is only required if your application is accepted and you choose to secure your place.

Payment confirms your place in the cohort, subject to these Terms and the Refund Policy.

The mentorship is delivered as a limited-seat educational programme. Once payment is made, your seat is reserved and onboarding may begin.

Access may include, but is not limited to:

• mentorship modules
• bonus packs
• onboarding resources
• Telegram cohort access
• private support access
• call booking access
• templates, sheets, or other educational resources
• graduate Discord access, where applicable

Drewbz Trading Ltd may deliver materials, support, and access through third-party platforms such as Telegram, Discord, Tally, Stripe, email, cloud storage providers, website tools, or other platforms used to operate the mentorship.

Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

A refund will be issued if requested before access has been provided to the mentorship materials, onboarding resources, Telegram cohort channel, graduate community, or any other paid programme access.

Once access has been provided, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

This is because the programme includes digital educational materials, cohort access, private support, onboarding resources, limited seat allocation, and access to proprietary teaching frameworks.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Your access to the Drewbz Trading Mentorship is personal to you.

You must not share, sell, transfer, sublicense, copy, leak, upload, publish, distribute, or otherwise provide access to any mentorship material, private content, paid resource, Telegram group, Discord server, call link, document, template, sheet, or educational resource without written permission from Drewbz Trading Ltd.

You are responsible for keeping your access details, links, accounts, and devices secure.

If Drewbz Trading Ltd reasonably believes that access has been shared, misused, leaked, resold, or distributed, access may be suspended or removed.

All mentorship materials, frameworks, documents, modules, bonus packs, templates, sheets, resources, website content, branding, written content, graphics, videos, recordings, examples, and educational materials remain the intellectual property of Drewbz Trading Ltd unless otherwise stated.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own private educational use only.

You must not reproduce, copy, resell, redistribute, publish, upload, share, modify, claim ownership of, or commercially exploit any Drewbz Trading Ltd material without written permission.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally inside any Drewbz Trading Ltd community space, including Telegram groups, Discord servers, calls, direct support, comments, messages, or any related communication channel.

You must not:

• harass, abuse, threaten, insult, or intimidate others
• leak private material or community discussions
• spam other participants
• promote unrelated products, services, groups, brokers, affiliates, or offers
• post blind signals or copy-trade commands
• misrepresent trading results
• encourage reckless trading behaviour
• misuse support access
• disrupt the learning environment
• attempt to resell or distribute mentorship materials

Drewbz Trading Ltd may set additional community rules for Telegram, Discord, calls, or other spaces.

Drewbz Trading Ltd reserves the right to suspend or remove access if a participant breaches these Terms, breaches community rules, leaks materials, behaves abusively, misuses the programme, disrupts the learning environment, or acts in a way that harms the mentorship, other students, graduates, or Drewbz Trading Ltd.

If a participant is removed for misconduct, no refund will be owed except where required by applicable law.

Drewbz Trading Ltd may also refuse future access to programmes, communities, resources, or support where appropriate.

Drewbz Trading Ltd does not guarantee profitability, trading success, funding, payouts, prop firm success, trading consistency, employment as a trader, or any specific financial outcome.

No statement, example, chart breakdown, trade discussion, backtest, journal review, testimonial, case study, lesson, community post, or support message should be treated as a guarantee of future results.

Trading results depend on many factors, including personal discipline, risk management, psychology, execution quality, experience, market conditions, broker conditions, and consistency of application.

Trading financial markets carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone.

You can lose some or all of your capital. Leveraged products can increase both potential gains and potential losses.

You should only trade with money you can afford to lose without affecting your financial stability, living costs, family responsibilities, debt obligations, or emergency savings.

You are responsible for reading and understanding the Risk Disclaimer before participating in the mentorship or making any trading decision.

Drewbz Trading Ltd may use third-party platforms and services to operate the website, process payments, collect applications, deliver resources, manage communication, host communities, or provide access to materials.

These may include, but are not limited to, Stripe, Tally, Telegram, Discord, Netlify, GitHub, email providers, analytics tools, cloud storage providers, or other operational services.

Third-party platforms may have their own terms, policies, privacy practices, outages, restrictions, or technical issues.

Drewbz Trading Ltd is not responsible for third-party platform failures, outages, account restrictions, service changes, payment provider delays, or technical issues outside its reasonable control.

Drewbz Trading Ltd aims to keep the website and related services available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The website may be updated, changed, suspended, or unavailable at times due to maintenance, technical issues, platform issues, security updates, service changes, or circumstances outside the control of Drewbz Trading Ltd.

Drewbz Trading Ltd may update website content, programme details, page wording, resources, structure, or policies where needed, provided this does not remove any rights you have under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drewbz Trading Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for trading losses, financial losses, prop firm failures, account breaches, missed opportunities, emotional distress, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of access, third-party platform issues, or other outcomes arising from your use of the website, mentorship, materials, communities, support, or related communications.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
