Refund Policy

Important. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before applying to, purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Drewbz Trading Mentorship.

This policy explains when refunds may or may not be available for the Drewbz Trading Mentorship.

Application is free

Applying to the Drewbz Trading Mentorship is free.

Submitting an application does not create a payment obligation. Payment is only required if your application is accepted and you choose to secure your place in the programme.

Payment confirms your seat

Once payment is made, your place in the cohort is reserved.

The mentorship is delivered as a limited-seat educational programme. Payment confirms your seat, allows onboarding to begin, and may prevent another applicant from taking that place.

Refunds before access is granted

A refund will be issued if requested before access has been provided to the mentorship materials, onboarding resources, Telegram cohort channel, graduate community, or any other paid programme access.

Refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method where possible.

Once access has been provided, the refund position changes as explained in Section 04.

No refunds after access is granted

Once access has been provided, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

This is because the programme includes digital educational materials, cohort access, private support, onboarding resources, limited seat allocation, and access to proprietary teaching frameworks.

Access may include, but is not limited to:

  • mentorship documents
  • modules and bonus packs
  • onboarding resources
  • Telegram cohort access
  • private support access
  • calls or call booking access
  • graduate community access
  • templates, sheets, or other educational resources

By purchasing and accessing the programme, you understand that the mentorship is a digital educational product and service, and that access begins once the relevant materials, channels, or onboarding resources are made available to you.

Cancellation rights and digital access

The Drewbz Trading Mentorship includes digital content and online educational services.

If you request immediate access to the programme before the end of any statutory cancellation period, you agree that Drewbz Trading Ltd may begin supplying the digital content and services immediately.

Where required, before access is provided, you may be asked to confirm that you understand your right to cancel may be lost or reduced once digital content or services have started being supplied.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

No guarantee-based refunds

Refunds are not available because you did not achieve a specific trading result.

The mentorship does not guarantee profitability, funding, payouts, prop firm success, trading consistency, employment as a trader, or any specific financial outcome.

Results depend on the individual participant’s effort, discipline, risk management, psychology, experience, application, and market conditions.

Cohort cancellation by Drewbz Trading Ltd

If Drewbz Trading Ltd cancels a cohort before delivery begins and cannot provide a suitable alternative, affected students will be offered a full refund.

If a cohort is delayed or rescheduled, Drewbz Trading Ltd may offer a revised start date before issuing refunds, depending on the circumstances.

Removal from the programme

Drewbz Trading Ltd reserves the right to remove a participant from the programme or graduate community for behaviour that breaches programme rules or damages the learning environment.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • leaking private materials
  • sharing paid resources without permission
  • abusive or disrespectful behaviour
  • harassment of other participants
  • misuse of the programme or community
  • attempting to resell, copy, or distribute mentorship materials
  • breaching community or support boundaries

If a participant is removed for misconduct, no refund will be owed except where required by applicable law.

Payment providers and processing

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or other checkout providers used by Drewbz Trading Ltd.

Refunds, where issued, will normally be returned to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, region, or payment method used.

If a third-party payment option is used, any provider-specific terms may also apply.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact:

drewbztrading@protonmail.com

Your request should include:

  • your full name
  • the email used to apply or purchase
  • the date of payment
  • the reason for the refund request

Drewbz Trading Ltd aims to respond to refund requests within 5 business days.

Final decision

Refund requests made before access has been provided will be handled in line with Section 03.

Refund requests made after access has been provided will be reviewed based on this Refund Policy, the access already provided, the delivery stage of the programme, and any applicable legal requirements.

Drewbz Trading Ltd reserves the right to refuse refund requests that fall outside this policy, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
